You Just explain this Hadees:-
Ibn Abbas asked them which the night they saw the hilal was because he knows the particular day of new moon. When they said “such and such night” ( here hadeeth is not complete) He said Allahu differed it till it the time it is seen, so it is to be reckoned from the night you saw it. Three things have to explain here. 1. Allahu delayed it for them because they are illiterate but it must be the particular day. But if HE is still delaying until you see it why the month begins in different days? 2. The people trying to learn the observation of moon dates. That is why they reach in different opinion and search for clarification. But you people are utterly against observation. 3. As per your sighting criteria If it was in the case of seventh or eight night, one who saw it in the seventh or eight night is it permissible the counting from the night he saw it?
